If it is actually stuck like that forever :

start > run > services.msc

Stop and disable Background Intelligent Transfer Service

Stop and disable Windows Update

Delete all files and folders in %windir%\SoftwareDistribution (leave the SoftwareDistribution folder

Enable and start BITS and Windows Update

Run updates again

pip bip - choose Corrour > Is my name good?, wants a BMW wagon 04/12/2017 at 06:30
